IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL ITEM DISCREPENCY REPORTS AND/OR RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF THE ITEM'S RECEIPT OR DELIVERY, WHICH EVER HAPPENED FIRST.
REPORT ANY ITEM DISCREPENCY, PROBLEM AND/OR RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST BY GOING TO: www.cyclesalvage.net/problem
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED.




Motorcycles:
ALL WHOLE MOTORCYCLES ARE SOLD AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON MOTORCYCLES.



Engines:
All of the engines we sell have a compression check performed on them and a no-load test of the transmission shifting. They are bare engines that have components missing that are necessary for them to operate. All engines need to be assembled, tuned and installed. If done improperly, this process can damage or destroy the engine. Unless this work is done by a shop on our approved list, the engine will be sold AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON THESE ENGINES UNDER ANY CONDITION.



Electrical Parts:
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS UNLESS:
1. We sent the wrong part, or
2. The part has additional, significant and material pre-existing damage that was not disclosed in the item's description or pictures.
Under these circumstances ONLY, and as long as a report has been filed within five days, we will authorize a return, pay for return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Unless the above circumstances apply, there are NO RETURNS on electrical items.
This is because an electrical component can be damaged or broken by dropping it, by storing it in improper conditions or by installing it on a cycle with an improperly working electrical system. We have no control over what happens to the item while it is in your possession. Unless an item states in its description that it has been tested, you should not assume that it has been. There are many electrical items that we sell with no way of testing them. These items are priced accordingly.

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a one time replacment of an electrical item if (1) we have a replacement available, and (2) we feel there is a posibility that the item we sent was defective, and (3) the original item is sent back at the buyer's expense.

Some new, aftermarket electrical parts may have a manufacturer warranty. We will help you file a claim with the manufacturer if we feel your claim is valid, but we do not honor or pay on manufacturer warranties ourselves.



All Other Parts:
Under the following curcumstances ONLY, and as long as a report has been filed within five days, we will authorize a return, pay for return shipping, and either replace the item or issue a full refund:
1. We sent the wrong part, or
2. The part has additional, significant and material pre-existing damage that was not disclosed in the item's description or pictures, or
3. The item is new and all pieces shown were not with it when received.

All other return requests will be approved under the following conditions:
1. Buyer is responsible for proper packing, return shipping and insurance; and,
2. A 25% (twenty-five percent) restocking fee on the item's price will be assessed; and,
3. There will be no refund for the amount of Shipping & Handling paid by the buyer; and,
4. The refund will be issued as store credit that must be used within 90 days; and,
5. A Return Authorization Request has been filed within five days of the item's receipt or delivery, which ever happened first; and,
6. The return is shipped within five days of the issuance of the Return Authorization Number; and,
7. The Return Authization Number is clearly written on the outside of the package; and,
8. All pieces are returned in their sent condition and have not been used or damaged by the Buyer.



Items Damaged in Shipping:
We purchase insurance for all sent items against damage and/or loss. If the box you receive is obviously damaged, please photograph the box BEFORE opening it. If your item is damaged (other than pre-purchase damage shown in the description or pictures) please save the packaging and report it as soon as possible, but within five days of receipt or delivery, which ever happened first.
We will investigate your case, and if we determine the item was likely damaged in transit, we will authorize a return with a refund or offer a partial refund for keeping the item under the condition that you cooperate with our insurance claim against the shipper in a timely manner.

OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BE EQUAL TO THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAY FOR ANY GOODS, SERVICES OR INFORMATION.
